Terms
These terms are between you and CableCar Digital, which runs Briefcase. Using Briefcase means you agree to them. They’re short on purpose.
Your account
Briefcase is invite-only. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at bryan@cablecar.digital if you think someone else has used your account.
What’s yours
Your briefs, answers and plans belong to you. You let Briefcase store them, send them to our agent to write and rewrite your plan, and show them to you. That’s all they’re used for. You’re responsible for having the right to paste a client’s brief.
Plans are drafts
Briefcase’s questions, risks, features, tickets and estimates are written by an AI model. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you quote a client or commit to a date; the decisions and the prices are yours.
Fair use
Use Briefcase for real client work. Don’t use it to generate anything unlawful, to overload it, or to get into accounts that aren’t yours. An account that does may be closed.
No guarantees
Briefcase is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, CableCar Digital isn’t liable for losses from using it, including decisions made from its plans or estimates.
Leaving
You can stop using Briefcase at any time. To delete your account and its data, email bryan@cablecar.digital. We may also close Briefcase itself, and would say so here first.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change that matters will be explained here before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois.
